
Buffalo Gap Presbyterian Encampment
The BUFFALO GAP PRESBYTERIAN ENCAMPMENT is located along Elm Creek in Buffalo Gap, it provides a place for Spiritual Development for youth and adults alike.
Fourteen Presbyterian churches, including Westminster, own The Camp. Operated by Buffalo Gap Presbyterian Ministries, Inc., a 403(c) non-profit, it offers a safe haven in a beautiful outdoor setting. The Camp hosts meetings, worship services, and camps year-round. Facilities include a screened pavilion, an outdoor chapel, and various recreation areas. It is a peaceful place for worship, learning, recreation, and spiritual growth, where people can relax, enjoy nature, and strengthen their faith and community bonds.

Presbyterian Children’s Homes & Services
The PRESBYTERIAN CHILDREN’S HOMES & SERVICES provides Christ-centered services to children and families in need. In Group Homes children are cared for in family-style homes on multiple campuses. The Foster Care Program offers hope and healing to hurting children. Foster parents are carefully screened, trained, and supported financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Adoption Services include training and support groups for couples seeking to adopt children, and programs for pregnant women who are considering giving up a child for adoption. The Child and Family Programs have masters-degree level Child and Family specialists who help preserve families in times of crisis, which include poverty, divorce, mental or physical disability. The Education Program includes tutoring and other support for children in our Group Homes, and in a charter school. The Advanced Education team helps high school graduates apply for college, and the scholarship program supports them throughout their college years. The After Care program supports former clients who return, often after several years, for help with career counseling, emotional support, and short-term financial assistance. The Single Parent Family Program provides a much needed safety net for struggling single parents and their children who are facing homelessness due to poverty, abandonment, and other crises.
